Dina Hagens Dina Hagens joined JorgensenHR in January of 2007. She brings with her 20 years of experience in business development and 10 years of experience in human resource management. Ms. Hagens areas of expertise include: HR strategy, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, interviewing, management development and HR Generalist work. Prior to joining JorgensenHR, Ms. Hagens worked in a variety of industries, as an HR Director, Operations Manager and Employee Communications Consultant. Spending 10 years at a large telecommunication company, Ms. Hagens partnered with all levels of operational and executive leadership to create and implement employee development programs. She is also a certified administrator of the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQI) Assessment used for determining leadership potential. Ms.
Hagens received her BA from Rutgers University, NJ, and is a member of
Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA), Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM), and National Association for Female Executives
(NAFE). |
