Prior to joining JorgensenHR, Ms. Lawrence-Munger was responsible for compensation and salary administration for a financial institution with over 2,000 employees and $9 billion in assets. At another financial institution, her responsibilities included compensation and salary administration, benefits administration, and HRIS data management. Ms. Lawrence-Munger is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA), the Los Angeles Compensation and Benefits Association (LACABA), and World at Work (formally the American Compensation Association).
