In most cases, it is preferable for employees to use the normal chain of command to communicate their concerns to management.  This means talking first to their immediate supervisor or manager, whenever possible.  However, there may be times when they feel uncomfortable talking to their immediate supervisor or manager about important employee-related issues.

When an employee calls We Want to Know Hotline®, a minority and women owned business, he or she will have the opportunity to speak openly and honestly about any of the above employee-related issues.  Our bilingual staff will listen objectively, ask questions, gather information, and send a confidential report to one designated person in your company within two business days of the call.  Based on the information provided in this confidential report to management, your company can conduct a complete and comprehensive review of the matter and take appropriate corrective action before it results in a costly employee claim or lawsuit.

The TGI Friday's and El Torito restaurant chains have both recently prevailed in major sexual harassment lawsuits because they had provided a hotline for their employees and the employees involved in the lawsuits did not use it.
