Works
1. EMPLOYEE CALLS THE
HOTLINE
- Uses toll-free 800 number from
anywhere in USA including Alaska and
Hawaii
- Reports workplace problem to an
independent third-party
- Has option of calling
anonymously about discrimination, sexual
harassment, theft, threats of violence or safety hazards
2.
HOTLINE TAKES THE
CALL
- Answered by trained, bilingual
operator
- Listens objectively, asks
questions, gathers information
- Does not give advice or counsel
- Utilizes interviewing skills and
customized software program
- Sends confidential report to top
management in employee's company
within two business days of the call
3.
TOP MANAGEMENT
RECEIVES CONFIDENTIAL REPORT
- Has option of calling Hotline
for consulting
- Conducts complete and
comprehensive investigation
- Takes appropriate corrective
action to avoid costly employee claim or
lawsuit
- Has option to consult with
JorgensenHR for further investigating
